This section describes the procedure for installing the Expere Document Engine. Read the instructions thoroughly before attempting installation.
Prerequisites
This section assumes the following:
- The user has created the Expere Data Model
- The user has created a database (either SQL or Oracle)
WebSphere configuration
Use the following configurations:
- You will need to identify/create a directory on the application server(s) that will hold the configuration files. This directory should be owned by the user profile under which the WebSphere application server runs.
